Oluwole Ogundare

Following his graduation from Lagos State University, Oluwole was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He thereafter trained and practised in several top-tier law firms in Nigeria, where he honed his skills in courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, and complex case management. He previously worked at GMO Legal SAN, where he rose to the position of Assistant Head of Chambers. During his time there, he was actively involved in high-value commercial disputes, corporate advisory matters, family law proceedings, and real estate transactions, handling cases from the High Court through to the Supreme Court.

Oluwole also served at Olu Bankole Awosika & Co. as Head of Chambers and Head of Litigation, where he successfully led several landmark cases on behalf of clients, further strengthening his expertise in commercial litigation, corporate disputes, family and probate matters, and land litigation.

At Claybrook Attorneys, Oluwole’s practice now spans commercial and corporate litigation, contract enforcement, debt recovery, property and land disputes, family and probate matters, regulatory compliance, and alternative dispute resolution.
