Adelekan Adekunle Adeoba is a legal practitioner with over 15 years of post-call experience in litigation, corporate advisory, property transactions, and commercial legal practice.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Houdegbe North American University in 2007 and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Bwari Campus, Abuja, where he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in Lagos State in 2010. He is also a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), having been admitted in 2010.
Mr. Adeoba commenced his legal career with IBOM Partners, Lagos, where he practised from 2009 to 2024, acquiring extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, corporate and business advisory, property and conveyancing, debt recovery, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. During this period, he represented clients before superior courts of record and provided strategic legal support to corporate and individual clients across diverse sectors.
In 2024, he joined AAA Chambers, Ikoyi, Lagos, further strengthening his expertise in dispute resolution and corporate legal services, before becoming the Head of Chambers at Claybrook Attorneys later that same year.
At Claybrook Attorneys, he actively undertakes and oversees the firm’s litigation, corporate and commercial practice, property transactions, contract documentation, debt recovery, and general legal consultancy services as the head of the chamber. He is known for his practical legal insight, strong client engagement, and commitment to delivering efficient, solution-driven outcomes.
